Returns & Refunds policy

You are entitled to cancel your order within 30 days without giving any reason for doing so.

Our return policy allows you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused or unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please check your order upon arrival and notify us right away if there are any defects, damages, or if you've received the wrong item. We’ll assess the issue and correct it accordingly.

Non-Returnable Items

We are unable to accept returns for sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, the quickest option is to return the current item, and once the return is approved, place a new order for the replacement.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll inform you whether your refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note, it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and reflect the refund.
